The Hacienda de San Rafael is set among olive trees halfway between the historic towns of Seville and Jerez, in the heart of Andalucia. The 300 year old restored Hacienda combines modern luxury with traditional rustic charm offering deluxe rooms, thatched cottages and pool villas. All rooms are individually decorated with antique furniture and paintings from around the world. The hotel also comprises, on their 35 hectares of farmland, of three outside pools, a paddle tennis court, a library, two relaxing bars and a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine set in tranquil gardens. The restaurant created recipes with an emphasis on local seasonal produce, usesing organic products from their own vegetable garden.
