The iconic Astoria Cinema has been restructured to house San Sebastian's first contemporary styled hotel, the Astoria7. The Hotel offers a unique decor and it's themed around cinema. Each of the 102 guestrooms is dedicated to individual personalities, actors, actresses or movie directors, who have attended the San Sebastian International Film Festival ever since its very first edition in 1953. The owners of the Astoria7 are renowned film experts that were willing to pay homage to this cultural event which has had such a significant impact on the city of San Sebastian.
