The Inn at Union Square is a San Francisco hotel that is truly an urban retreat. Its location, 440 Post Street, puts San Francisco at your doorstep: just outside the door you will find Union Square's world-class shopping and outstanding restaurants. At the Inn at Union Square you'll find warm, comfortable surroundings and friendly staff who greet you by name. Since there are only 30 rooms, each set off the street, you'll find peace and quiet. Each room feels like a private apartment, full of creature comforts and insulated from the street. Many rooms are recently redecorated in textured fabrics of sage, cream, and gold. Along with all you'd anticipate to find at a superior small hotel, you'll discover goose down pillows on the bed and fresh flowers on your work desk. The Penthouse Suite is perfect for special celebrations. This two room suite offers a living room with a wet bar, a small refrigerator, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen television, and stereo sound system. The bedroom offers a King-size bed and an additional flat screen television. In the early evening, guests gather at The Inn at Union Square to trade itineraries in the cozy fireplace lobby on each floor where we serve wine and hors d'oeuvres. The hotel is also convenient for business travelers, with facilities such as High speed Internet access, Fed Ex pickup and on-call messenger service, and secretarial services, available for hire upon request. The fine-looking, intimate conference room is perfect for board meetings of 10-12 people, or classroom-style groups of up to 15 people. A full range of A/V equipment is at your disposal, along with extensive lunch and refreshment break menus.
