Olivier Le Gentil, the Bivouac Café's young chef of 29 specialises in Mediterranean cuisine, using herbs, seasonings and olive oil. Olivier Le Gentil has worked in 2 restaurants in Normandy awarded with the Michelin star. He has also worked in Verona, Italy.
