Hotel Bremon, Cardona
Set in the medieval town of Cardona in Central Catalonia its construction goes back to the 19th century and its rehabilitation has been done preserving the original architecture. Muntanya de Sal – La Montagna di Sale- formata da cumuli di salgemma iridescenti come ghiaccioli macchiati dal colore rosso scuro dell’argilla sopra ad un letto di arenaria, è il sistema di tunnel sotterraneo concretizzato nell’area. Le meraviglie sotto l’area catalana, non sono comunque limitate sottoterra, ma si estendono anche in superficie. A Cardona si trova anche il Castell i Canonica di Sant Vicenc, una magnifica chiesa romanica del XVI sec, e il castello di Cardona, una roccaforte famosa per non essersi mai arresa a nessun esercito e che offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato della parte meridionale della città.
