Restaurant Espai Fortuny
Description: La Boella is completing its facilities with a small hotel with great charm in addition to its gastronomic restaurant Espai Fortuny. A consolidated team of chefs working in our own kitchens create all the menus served in La Boella. Their cuisine is avant-garde and creative, using select products from the region and always adding an exquisite personal touch to the presentation. You may opt for alternative, personalised menus, specially designed for each occasion.

Type of the Food: Our chef Manuel Ramirez and his team offered the chance to taste the gastronomic menu, inspired by the products of the Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine. Also the oil menu, "The Golden Elixir", you can taste different dishes with oils from the three olive varieties that are cultivated in La Boella: Arbequina, and arbosana Koroneiki, which provide distinct aromas, flavours and textures.
