Description: La Cascada Hotel sports a most attractive restaurant with an exceptional view of the lake. Close attention to details has helped to create a warm atmosphere for our guests. Our menu includes both international and local dishes, such as the Patagonian Lamb with sauteed vegetables and Cabernet Sauvignon sauce or our Jabali (a kind of pork) in a berry sauce and asceto reduction with pinapple chutney and ginger pears with smashed basil. Another speciality: Shrimp brochettes over tarragon sauce. For dessert, an orange creme brulee or champagne mousse over austrian chocolate cake can be the finishing touch of an unforgettable evening. There is a cafeteria with the local and delicious pastry and a wine bar with the most famous Argentinian wines and the best international drinks.
