Get 6% of your stay Back!

Every time you make a reservation on www.epoquehotels.com, while logged into the Club Epoque site, we will add your reservation to your homepage. Each time you check out of one of our hotels, you’ll have another 6% of the total room price added to your bank. Once you accrue at least 50 USD, you’ll be able to start using your bank. You can make reservations using the banked money and apply it directly to the reservation. It’s like having a gift card whenever you want it!.

You aren’t required to use your bank when you reach 50 USD. You can wait until you have however much you want in there, and then splurge on a huge trip! You can also buy more “money” whenever you want, you can gift your bank to others and you can buy a gift certificate for yourself or someone else. You can also book reservations for other people.

*Qualifying reservations are completed stays, do not include taxes and do not include extras. All amounts will be converted to US Dollars. All reservations must be verified by the hotel and can take up to 45 days to be approved; until the reservation has been approved by the hotel, points will be considered as pending. All reservations made using “bank” will be charged to the provided guest credit card at least one week prior to check-in.

In addition to getting a percentage of your stay put towards future stays, you’ll be able to purchase Epoque Hotels’ gift certificates at a 10% discount. The gift certificates, which can be used at any of our more than 300 hotels worldwide, are the perfect present for your friends and family.

You can gift your bank to someone else, giving them access to a deeply discounted trip. Or, you can buy bank, so that you can have more savings on your next trip or a trip you give as a present. Remember, you can save what’s in your bank to use whenever you want, wherever you want. And, with no blackout dates, you’re always able to use your bank for exactly the hotel stay you want, when you want.

The perks in the hotel are just as good as when using the system. When staying at one of Epoque Club Epoque member hotels, you’ll be treated as a regular.

All reservations must be made from the Club Epoque website. Guests must be logging in to the Club Epoque site with a valid program number, at the time of reservation. Travel agents and corporate clients are exempt from the loyalty program.

For every reservation made and completed, 6% of the pre-tax value of the stay, converted to US dollars, will be placed in your “bank”. Should your reservation change in length at any time the adjusted value (based on new value of stay, pre-tax) will be applied to your account. Should you not stay at all, you will get no rewards. Only completed stays count towards the value you accrue. The percentage we “bank” for you is based on the total room price only, and does not include extras or taxes.

The bank is solely applicable to future reservations once a minimum of 50 USD are in the bank. Guests can only book hotels on Epoque Hotels’ main sites and sister sites. All reservations made using "bank" will be charged to the guest's credit card at least one week prior to check-in.

The bank isn’t really a bank. It’s a storage device for your rewards. The “money” rewards listed are only able to be applied to future reservations and are not actually cash money; the “money” rewards listed are the equivalent of points and have no applicable, marketable or resalable monetary value.

Points are not approved until the hotel verifies the duration of your stay and checkout date. Points can take up to 45 days to clear, based on typical hotel response. Should you want to use your points before the 45 days have passed, you can call Club Epoque and request an update of the points. After verification by Club Epoque with the hotel of your stay, the points will be updated automatically.

Reservations can only be made by the guest staying or a friend/ family member of the guest staying at the hotel. No travel agent reservations nor corporate client reservations will be accepted for reward stays.

No transient leisure stays made by travel agents or corporate clients will be accepted for rewards stays. Should a guest be a member of the loyalty program and a corporate client, the reservation must be made on a non-corporate client account booking page (such as www.epoquehotels.com).
