XML Connection

Do you have a travel related website and you have some programming knowledge. Sign in to our affiliate program through XML. This will allow you to sell our hotels as if it where yours. You will get updated information and a lot of flexibility. We offer a $8 commission on each reservation arrived to the hotel.  This form of agreement needs a separate contract where we can be flexible on the terms, conditions and the commission structure on an individual basis.

White Labeled Booking Engine

You do not have a lot of programming knowledge but you are interested in selling our hotels as if they were in our site? Take advantage of our fully labelable booking engine. We can match the colors of your website (and even load your logo in the system) in such a manner that clients will think that they are booking through your site. This not only enhances your website’s image but also improves conversion rates.

This form of agreement needs a separate contract where we can be flexible on the terms, conditions and the commission structure on an individual basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Commissions will be paid only on reservations which clients arrive to the hotel. Those reservations cancelled or No-Shows will not be commissionable. The commission on valid reservations will be paid in a period no greater than 30 days after the client arrives to the property. Epoque Hotels reserves the right to declare a commission null and void.

For those affiliates that participate in the white label booking engine and XML connection program, they will receive a copy of the confirmation email once the client makes a reservation. Those participating in the link banner partnership version of the program will need to check in Google Affiliate Network interface routinely to find out if a reservation was made.

Epoque Hotels will be responsible of the costumer service after the reservation is made. All client questions should be redirected to Epoque Hotels Reservations Team. The confirmation email of the client will contain Epoque Hotels information in case the client needs to reach us. 

For those requesting a white label version of the booking engine, Epoque Hotels will coordinate with the affiliate’s website responsible the design of the system.

The tracking code on link-banner partnerships will last 30 days. We will honor those reservations that are made during that period thanks to the affiliate.

Affiliates may not use Epoque Hotels and Avantagarde Hotels; any variation, or misspelling thereof, on any pay-for-placement search engine, including, but not limited to, Yahoo.com, MSN.com, Live.com, Google.com, Ask.com, and Looksmart.com.

Further, affiliates shall not purchase or register keywords, AdWords, search terms or other identifying terms that include the word Epoque Hotels or Avantgarde Hotels; or any variations or misspellings
thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or any other search or referral service.

Affiliate may not use the words "official site" in connection with any use of the
Epoque Hotels and Avantgarde Hotels mark, or otherwise suggest or imply that affiliate's site is the official Epoque Hotels and Avantgarde Hotels site or partner. Affiliate must clearly state that affiliate is an affiliate of Epoque Hotels and Avantgarde Hotels in
affiliate's link description.

Violation of the foregoing prohibitions may result in, among other things, the
immediate termination of the Agreement.
